Step into Your Power

This past weekend, students from across Europe gathered for the third ascension of the 10-month Universal Hermetic Kabbalah Ascension program, entering the spheres of Geburah and Chesed on the Tree of Life. It marks a profound stage of the journey, one where we are invited to embody both strength and compassion, discipline and mercy, power and love.

True power is never forceful, and true love is never weak. When Geburah and Chesed are brought into balance, we begin to lead our lives from a place of wisdom rather than reaction, courage rather than fear, and conscious choice rather than unconscious habit. It is here that we begin to understand that stepping into our power is not about controlling the world around us, but mastering the world within us.

For many of us, this ascension felt deeply transformational:

The third ascension has been monumental. I can see the life I’m leaving behind and what has been holding me back. Fears and doubts I’ve had for years are melting away. I have complete clarity about the work I need to do to live a better life, and absolute confidence in my ability to do just that.

This journey is a challenging one, but with every struggle I have stepped more and more into my power. I’m realising the person I could be, who I’m meant to be, and letting go of the attachments to who I am not. This has been the first time on the path that I’m genuinely understanding the gravitas and importance of what it means to truly ‘Know Thyself’.

One of my biggest takeaways from Kabbalah 3 is that life is less about reaching a destination and more about who we are becoming along the way. Every challenge is an invitation to respond with greater awareness, balance, love, and responsibility rather than from fear or habit. When we change who we are, our lives naturally begin to change with us.

Throughout this Tree, I’ve become more willing to live authentically without worrying so much about the opinions of others, allowing my actions to reflect my values more consistently.

Kabbalah 3 and the ascension were incredible. You could feel the energy increasing throughout the day. One of key learnings that really sat with me and has literally changed everything I do overnight, is to truly feel royal and that I am God.

We were very blessed to have Ipssissima Kate, head of noble arts, provide her views on living as a royal on top of the privileged teachings we were already receiving from the Kabbalah teachers. How we hold ourselves, stand, speak, drink tea. We can live as if we are God in every single moment of our lives.

As we studied for Kabbalah 3 and the Geburah/Chesed level of the tree, I was being shown my power and just how afraid I have been of it.

The fears haven’t gone away (yet!), but the power I have to take action anyway is increasing. I now swim in open water, I am setting up my own podcast. And more than that, I believe that I am God and very powerful and feel I have a duty to use that power if I am to serve others. I will be much more effective that way. So I remember my commitment made in Healers Academy to serve when those fears and doubts step in and I take action anyway. And I am discovering there is much more joy available when I do that. Oh and I signed up to Ritual Master Novice straight after Kabbalah 3!

While each of our journeys through Kabbalah 3 has been unique, a common thread runs through every story: stepping into our power is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we have always been beneath the fear, the doubt and the stories we have carried for so long.

As Geburah and Chesed come into harmony within us, we discover that love without strength lacks direction, while strength without love loses its wisdom. Together they teach us how to live with both courage and compassion, to stand firmly in our truth while leading from an open heart.

The Tree of Life is not simply a philosophy to study; it is a living path of transformation. With every ascension, every challenge and every conscious choice, we become more aligned with our divine nature and more capable of bringing Light into the world.

To step into our power is to remember our divinity, and to have the courage to live it, every single day.
