Becoming Whole Again
While Dr. Erin found relief from burnout, Whitney explained to Ipsissima Kate the changes that she experienced from Life Activation for herself and her clients who struggle emotionally and mentally. In her practice, she noticed a ceiling, almost like an invisible barrier that clients couldn’t quite break through with talk therapy alone.

Erin is an integrative veterinary oncologist, who combines Western chemotherapy with Chinese herbal medicine. After years of training and work in both science and energy-based systems, she found herself suffering silently.

Erin explains reaching a point where all the healing methods that she had tried brought her temporary relief but didn’t resolve her deeper issues. She tried therapy, yoga, and even meditation retreats. Reflecting on this time, Dr. Erin explains that she was experiencing what most people explain as burnout, but she sensed something deeper, like a fragmentation of herself.
“I had split into different versions of me to survive vet school, residency, and my career,” Dr. Erin explains in a short YouTube interview with Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown. Erin explains that “The Life Activation helped me start putting those pieces back together.”
