Interviewer (Ipsissima Kate):
Just a little bit of background, you come from the amazing beauty industry. So many of us in the world are doing things for that outer beauty and wanting to present ourselves in the very best way. So why then, coming from that kind of world, would the Life Activation be of any interest to you? And what was your experience?
Stacie:
Yeah, wonderful question. I feel like there are two parts to that. I’ve been a part of that world for over a decade, maybe 12 or 13 years: with men and women coming to me and desiring an external change. Particularly when they wanted a very significant external change, I would always sit down, look them in the eye, and say, “Okay, what’s going on? What’s really happening in your life that you’re seeking such a drastic change?”
What I found with the Life Activation is that it really helps people bring out that inner beauty, that Divinity within each individual, and helps them shine that out for the world to see. That’s really what people are looking for when they make those external changes. It’s been really cool to integrate the two together in the beauty work that I do with hair and makeup. Not everybody has been as excited to do it as I was, obviously, but the people that have done it – you can tell such a huge difference. The combination of the inner and the outer, with the Hermetic principles – “as within, so without; as without, so within” – it’s been powerful to see the transformation individuals can undertake when they just take a chance and receive that amazing session that is a Life Activation.
Ipsissima Kate:
I am 100% with you. I see people in the Mystery School reverse age. When more light comes in, it’s very hard to tell how old somebody is. Often, you can tell by their wisdom, but that’s it. I’m 100% with that. So what was it like for you having the Life Activation? Did you notice any changes?
Stacie:
Sure. I went through a divorce in the spring of 2016, and I had what I call my sabbatical year. Towards the end of that year, I kept getting the message, “You’re here to do more. You’re here to help people.” And I was like, “Who is that? What’s going on? Who are these voices inside my head?” Eventually, I found the Mystery School. I went to a vision board night, and I met with one of the practitioners the next day. She told me about the Life Activation, and I was one of those kooky people she showed the path of progression to. I said, “Yes, I want all of this. I want to do all of it in a year. Can I become a Third Step Ritual Master and Guide in 12 months?” She said, “Well, maybe, but people typically slow down. The first step is the Life Activation.”
I think it was the very next day I came in and received it. At that point, I’d had a little bit of energy work, but nothing like the Life Activation. There’s truly nothing like it. I’ve been doing it for almost nine years now, and every Life Activation is just as sacred as the last. It’s such an incredible session.
During the session, I sensed something happening. I didn’t know exactly what, but something was definitely shifting. Then I did Empower Thyself the following weekend. What I noticed was that my mind opened in a new way. I was more open and receptive. I could gain a higher perspective of myself and my life, and the relationships I had. I was able to take a step back when I was triggered or uncomfortable and deal with it with more grace and ease. It created a harmonization in my life that I had never experienced before.
After Empower Thyself, I was planning for Healers Academy and Galactic Activation because it had such a profound impact on me. I just knew there was more available to me, and if I had the resources and the will and the heart to get there, then I was going to do whatever I could to make it happen.
Ipsissima Kate:
100% agree. Some people come and just know they want to do it all, and others take it step by step. Both work. There’s no “you must,” or “you failed if you don’t.” It’s there to serve us as we want to progress. I’m so glad you listened to that inner voice and went for it. Why not?
So, the Life Activation – there’s nothing like it. Could you share just a little bit about who this might be for? If someone is out there thinking, “Maybe I should, maybe I shouldn’t,” what would you say?
Stacie:
I would say, try it. The cool thing about Life Activation and our lineage in general is it doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re at in life. Male or female – it doesn’t matter. King Solomon was trying to figure out a universal system that worked for everyone. This works for every single person, no matter where they are in their life. It’s going to enhance and enrich their life. It’s going to bring more harmony, joy, love, understanding, and access to more wisdom. I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t just sign up.
In 90 minutes, your entire life can change for the better. Guaranteed. I don’t know what will happen for each person, but I do know their life will become better as a result. So why not just try it?

Interviewer (Ipsissima Kate):
Today we are joined by Cassandra all the way from Tasmania. Tell us a little bit about your background. You have trained athletes, you’ve run marathons, gone up mountains, all sorts of crazy things. Keeping well, keeping fit. You obviously know how to eat, how to sustain yourself. So coming from that background, why would you want to have a Life Activation? And then when you had it, what was the experience?
Cassandra Cooper: Yeah, that’s an interesting question. Actually, it wasn’t that I wanted a Life Activation. I had optimized the body, gone into biohacking. I wanted to understand the body and health, and that kind of stemmed into me understanding my mind and the asset of having clear thinking. I knew professional athletes were taking the edge on visualization. They were using their mind and optimizing their spiritual health to delve further into the physical aspect of completing things, to be that superhuman. That really fascinated me.
In Hobart, I would be going out on runs on the mountain and having an incredible spiritual time. It felt like the mountain was talking with me. I was really connecting. So I thought, maybe I could create something like this for the people I was serving in my fitness classes. I incorporated meditation at the end of class, incorporated games, because I knew people needed to have fun and pleasure. Adults don’t usually seek that out because they need to be serious, get work done, get chores done.
So I was kind of leaning on the edge. With every step I took, I realized there was more. When I found the Mystery School, I was searching for an upgrade in my intellectual understanding of spirituality. In my mind, I had already experienced spirituality. I just needed to understand where it was coming from—the philosophies and theories.
I reached out to the Mystery School because my training stemmed from real science. I knew there was a path. Like running a marathon—you can wake up one day and do it, but it’s going to hurt. The wise way is to create a plan, have structure, follow advice, get professional help, follow the wisdom of what came before you. So I reached out to the Mystery School.
I actually rang you, because you’re my Guide. Hello audience, you might not know this, but Ipsissima Kate is my Guide. Humble brag. You said, “Okay Cassandra, that’s very nice that you want to get all this information, take all these classes, I admire that. But there’s this one thing you’ve got to do. I just suggest you do it. It’s really nice. It’s really great. And then once you do it, you can take the classes.”
And I was like, “Oh okay.” I didn’t even look it up. I just arrived at your space, having flown four hours to arrive in London. I never get travel sick on a plane, and I was so travel sick—incredible purging. As soon as the plane landed, all the sickness left. I came straight from the airport to you, received the Life Activation, and it was the most humbling experience of my life.
First of all, I walked into your healing center and there were Magickal items everywhere. Amongst real objects, paperwork, books, normal things, there was symbolism. I thought, oh my gosh, I’ve landed. Here I am. I’m home. Having not known, didn’t even look up what the Life Activation was. And I was receiving it, and I remember thinking, oh my goodness, this Magick is Real. I’m getting to experience it. Which is not what I came for. I came to learn about it. I didn’t come for the experience of it.
Ipsissima Kate:
So what did the Life Activation do for you then? You’ve done so many different things. What makes it stand out, or can you share anything?
Cassandra Cooper:
From that experience, I took myself out for dinner. I went to an Italian restaurant up the road before checking into the hotel. I remember sitting there with my journal. I really wanted to take everything to the next level. I was writing everything down. I remember writing – and I’ve looked at it a few times since – this is the thing that will change my life. It’s the pivotal point. My whole life is now open to me. That’s the sense I received.
I don’t know, because I did lots of things after it, so it’s not easy to articulate exactly what I can assign it to. But it’s been six years, and having done the Life Activation, now I’m a practitioner. I have served others in this capacity. It’s surprising, but it shouldn’t be by now, because everyone is so unique. It happens in many ways.
I like the idea that people come to a point where they know there might be a glass ceiling, or they’re coming to a transitional moment. The Life Activation sweeps in. It’s like this big evolution. I get this feeling of an upward spiral. It gives you a completely different view of the world and your life.
A lot of my clients, in the month after receiving the Life Activation, start to really see the limits and blocks that have been infiltrating their life. They knew it was there, but couldn’t quite see it. Now that they do, they don’t see it as fearful. They’re able to overcome it with grace and beauty. I had a client the other day who emailed and said, “I resolved two issues with two different friends, and now I’m seeking out a therapist because I realize I need more help.”
That’s the beauty of it. It can take us in many different directions, but it redirects us to where we need to go.
Ipsissima Kate:
I think that’s an amazing explanation. You’re so right. It still blows my mind, because it’s real Magick. It works. I want that feeling every single time. It is a miracle happening right in front of you. It’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it. It doesn’t make logical sense. We can’t make sense of it. But that’s what it is – it’s outside of logic.
And I love that you just knew everything was going to change. I had that realization too. Didn’t know what, how, or any of those things. I just knew everything was going to be okay. And here we go.
I heard Jen Doody this morning say in an interview, “I wish I knew it before,” and she went to Harvard. That resonated with me. If athletes or anyone working to push their limits only had this… it’s just going to make everything so much easier.
