Dear Community,

Yadiksha shares some insight on incorporating self care into your daily routine, ‘With every act of self care, your authentic self gets stronger, and the critical , fearful mind gets weaker. Every act of self care is a powerful declaration: I AM ON MY SIDE; EACH DAY I AM MORE AND MORE ON MY SIDE… Featured is a price list of the powerful self care items from our shop that aid in clearing our space and aura as well as the tools we have through initiation.

You’re also most welcome to join us for a Chi-Do session this evening at

Incorporating self care into your daily routine…

Self Care- ‘ Is what people do for themselves to establish and maintain health, and to prevent and deal with illness. It is a broad concept encompassing hygiene, nutrition, environmental factors, Lifestyle and taking care of mind, body, soul and spirit.

The question to ask yourself : ‘ Would Self care make me a better mum, dad, brother, sister, teacher, lawyer, worker (whatever your roles are) etc?’

We may have grown up with a belief that self care is a luxury , not a priority- it is time to let this go… in order for you to flourish, you gotta nourish…

‘ True self care is not bath salts and chocolate cake, its making a choice to build a life you don’t need to escape from’
Self care will be different for each of us, however it is important to remember a few things:

?Waking up with gratitude, sitting upright and bringing energy into creating a day you envision by meditating or simply sitting still

? Drinking hot water/ lemon/honey or just water when you wake up and stay hydrated throughout the day

?Stretching / breathing exercises or doing weights or cardio can support your posture and your wellbeing

?Prayer for self and others is a great way to start your day

?Having/preparing a nutritious breakfast and meals for your day including fruits, and healthy snacks

?Cleaning your home, decluttering helps relax and empty your mind

?Be mindful / present moment awareness of your breath, your thoughts, feelings and actions throughout the day

?Journal/ make lists / create a vision board for self care

? Take baths instead of showers at the end of the day (you can add salts/ crystals etc.)

? Do something that brings you joy daily (dancing, listening to music/ drawing, painting , sewing)

?Get adequate sleep

?Create healthy boundaries

?Use sprays, oils, music etc. to enhance your wellbeing and self care

Try making simple adjustments, and just note the above list is not for everyone as you may be overwhelmed with work , responsibilities, family and taking care of others, however if you can extract a a simple step from above and incorporate into your daily routine, You will start to experience less stress and overwhelm.

Sickness and disease affects those that are most likely not practising self care. It is your responsibility to create time and a routine that works for you so you can serve yourself others better…

It is much easier to provide a list of benefits for self care, However I would like to invite you to take a moment and visualise how your life would be with a better self care routine…

See yourself , your physical body, your posture
Hear yourself, your thoughts
Feel yourself , feel your emotions

All of this is Possible with simple steps and taking action from a plan that works for you…
See yourself as a confident , empowered and loving being of light residing on planet earth with a purpose and an opportunity to be better and serve humanity.

Mother Earth and nature provides you with all you need, as if you were a well drawing from for her all that you need; earth , water, air and fire…

You are a well of your own wisdom…

Your physical body is kind of like a rented vehicle, what you put in, is what you get out , be kind, loving and truthful to yourself.
