Dear Community,

Today, Kasia reminds us of the limitless potential that exists in stepping into and becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable of the unknown!

Enjoy!

You’re also most welcome to join us for a Max Meditation session this evening at

Love

Kate.

Known is the enemy of the change.

Albert Einstein summed it very well by saying “Doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results is insanity”

We all want a better tomorrow, but yet when it comes to change and stepping into the unknown we feel scared, fearful, and perhaps even unprepared.

How to move from wanting something new and better and not doing anything different (old pattern), to shifting to the place of trust in unknown, excitement, passion, and surrender?

Let’s take one step back and see what makes people do the same things over and over again.

When a person is living not authentically, according to what is truly most important, meaningful, and valuable and inspiring in their lives, the unfulfillment makes them seek instant gratification to compensate unhappiness, discomfort, and lack of contentment. The very thing, a person will reach out to get instant, but temporary comfort is something that they did many times before (old habit). This makes people stuck in doing the same thing over and over again, experiencing the same disappointment and unfulfillment again and again.

What if we do things differently? What if the next time we face challenge/discomfort we relate to it in a new way? In ancient mysticisms they say challenge means opportunity (change) and the very thing we are thinking is holding us back is the very thing which is catalyzing us to go forward.

Change can be scary, the unknown might bring uncertainty and this is ok! We all feel it. What is important, is what we do with this feeling. Instead of denying what we are feeling and running into an old habit of instant comforting, we must befriend those emotions and feelings.
Witness them in stillness, create a safe space for them to be acknowledged and felt. Welcome the unknown. It is ok to not know, allow yourself to rest here – in the unknown, wait, be patient, trust, surrender, be patient for a bit longer, feel the safety of the unknown(this is where the endless possibility exists), reconnect to your heart, reconnect to Source, and just be here.

When you truly surrender to the unknown; you will unlock the creative, passionate expression of self where limitless possibilities await you. Every one of us has exactly what we need to be the most magnificent persona we were born to be.

In meditation, allow yourself be in the unknown, become pure consciousness, linger here without the face, without a gender, without your pain, without your disease, without all the old relationships you had, without your past or your predictable future, be here and welcome excitement for something new to unfold. Longer we stay in the unknown, where all potentialities exist, the more we will be able to create new possibilities in your life.
In meditation move your focus from all material (known-the narrow focus) to immaterial (unknown-the broad focus), open your attention not to matter but tune into energy, the unified field, greater order (information), Source.

I would like to share with you one of my favorite meditation – reconnecting to unconditional love and Divine light within, which help me to get from material world to immaterial (non-physical) world; from the world of the senses to the world beyond senses; from the world of predictable to unpredictable, where the comfort and safety of unknown can be found.

I wish you many fruitful moments of stillness, wherein  the nothingness of now you will find the comfort of the unknown where a bright and abundant tomorrow waits for you.

Much Love
