Here are some key points from our new team of Spiritual Drug Detox Healers. You can watch the FULL interviews on the YouTube links below but we have some key points for you to hold onto:

What is the Spiritual Drug Detox program for? Is it only for drugs?

[Dr Divina Ann Donnelly] People are taking drugs of different kinds to help them cope with life a bit better. When this becomes problematic is when it gets in the way of our productivity and our ability to engage with the reality of life. The struggle of life is actually the thing that helps us to overcome and to grow, both as a physical and a spiritual being.

Recreational drugs include alcohol, marijuana, as well as Ayahuasca or drugs that people are taking to connect them spiritually: drugs that they feel is part of their spiritual journey.

Drugs will also include things like caffeine, even toxic relationships. Is there someone in your life who is your drug that you cannot do without, that you are using as a crutch? Someone that is not healthy for you in your life. Know that the spiritual journey is partly this physical life as well, which includes overcoming the struggles and going through the things that are hard.

What this series really does is that it helps us to overcome the attachment: the attachment to the things that are not good for usEach one of us has to think very carefully about what that isWhat is it that’s wasting your time? We’ve only got a certain amount of minutes, a certain amount of hours on this planet to achieve what it is that we want to do. What is it that’s distracting us from that?

Talking about medical drugs, generally, anyone who’s on a drug that’s been prescribed by your medical practitioner or your healthcare provider, has been prescribed this for a purpose, to sustain you physically, mentally or even emotionally, for a certain period of time. When you’re going through a series like this, your healthcare professional is the person to consult as you begin to feel better. We’re not saying that you have to stop your medical drugs by any stretch of the imagination because they are there for a purpose. But what we are suggesting is: if there’s something in your life that’s blocking you from your ideal life, from your best version of yourself, then this series is here to help you.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] You’re so right, it could just be something like sugar. I mean, let’s say—we’ve all got something.

So why do we need healing? If we stop—say we stop taking all the drugs, we’ve been on a detox, we don’t take any sugar—I don’t know anybody out there who’s not got some kind of attachment. But let’s say that’s happened—why do we still need the healing?

[Philipp Schardt] It’s an honour to share because I have quite a history of drug taking. From my own experience, I can say: when we have taken drugs in the past and then stopped taking them, we learn that we are out of the state of homeostasis.

We come to this world, we feel good as a child, but then we try to cope with this world. For some of us who might be sensitive, we start taking drugs to cope with this harsh reality. We need this healing to come back to this almost effortless state of living, of being, and having that peace within.

I can really recommend this modality to anyone who has substance abuse or, as Dr. Divina Ann said, if it’s relationships that might not be healthy for them.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] I know many people have in our younger years done whatever we’ve done. Even if it was things like IVF or chemotherapy. It’s not necessarily that we’re taking these things right now, but we want to restore that sense of balance and peace to our system.

Now, Cassandra, what if we’ve never taken drugs? Surely people don’t need this healing?

[Cassandra Cooper] I don’t really have a drug past. However, I have used addiction to cope, to numb myself, to distract myself in many various ways. This could include cigarette smoking. Alcohol is a big one, especially where I’m from; it’s so socially acceptable. But what the addiction is really doing is blocking us in our path. It’s distracting us and allowing us to be less than.

We’re here to be truly in ourselves, as our God selves. I don’t think there’s a human on earth who could possibly say they have not fallen for an addiction of some sort.

As we’ve already discussed, it doesn’t have to be a drug. It could be cigarettes. That was so common 20 years ago. Now we’ve got vaping as well and all these sorts of crutches that distract us.

In this healing modality, it’s incredible that we can really start to reinfuse our soul with the truth—with the beauty and radiance of who we truly are.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] So, it could it be something like an attachment to something that’s used as a crutch? It doesn’t necessarily have to be a substance of any kind. Could that also help someone?

[Cassandra Cooper] Absolutely – we all have phones. I even fall into this trap—if I get up early and I use it, then all day it’s on my mind that I need to check it. TV is another digital distractions: sitting at home and watching TV when you could possibly be out enjoying life in another way.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] It’s that attachment to “I have to” or “I must.” As Dr. Divina Ann said, that can cause the problem of the block because it’s preventing you from connecting to your true self—as your God self. Anything that’s taking us away from that is the challenge.

Cecile, how many sessions is it? If someone is really interested in this, how many sessions is it and why would someone consider healing on a spiritual level?

[Cecile George] What’s amazing about these sessions is that they deal with the actual root causes of addiction.

We’re talking about all the different types of addictions, but why do we feel the need to medicate in this way—whether it’s with a phone or a substance? Ultimately, where does that come from?

A lot of the science, and of course the ancient sciences that we study, point to the fact that it’s something that might be intergenerational. So we need to work not just with our own energy, but also the energies of our ancestors and everything that has come before us.

When we start working on such a deep level, it’s not a one-and-done thing. Which is why this is a series. It’s a series of sessions that are done successively and that build on each other. They start clearing out some of these early triggers of addiction that have been programmed into us through the experiences of our ancestors.

It’s a minimum of five sessions, but really, I think everyone would benefit from going the full course of ten sessionsThat’s something that can be customized to the person. It’s a journey that the practitioner will go through with the client. Together that assessment will be done. But typically, the full ten sessions is recommended.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] I also recommend that! Sometimes we have these things that we can’t put our finger on. It makes no sense why we’re acting in a certain way, because it doesn’t relate to our physical experience. It’s like it’s coming from those other energies. That explanation goes straight to the root cause. Then it filters down and we can get rid of those attachments or addictions that have come from those energies.

Yadishka—can you explain what you felt from receiving the session and how it changed your life?

[Yadishka Hari] This series is the most impactful in my progression. That’s why I’m here today—because I want to help others. It’s not always about knowing why you feel a certain way. Sometimes it’s enough to let it go—to release these thoughts, patterns, behaviours.

These sessions helped me become aware of how I was and where my reactions came from where previously I had no idea. They gave me a greater understanding of why I was that way.

The path is all about coming to know thyself. When we let go of the things that keep us from our true selves, we’re able to heal and rise up. The most interesting thing is that we’re not just born onto this planet. We’ve experienced things before coming here—things we’ve picked up without realizing. If we’re rising to our true selves, we want to eliminate all those patterns and behaviors that hold us back.

You will work with your guide in a safe space, and finally understand yourself on a deeper level.

[Cassandra Cooper] That sums it up. It is life-changing. As the old saying is: if we knew, we would’ve already done something about it. The chances are—we just don’t know.

PART 2: more pointers in our second set of interviews:

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] Here is our PART 2 about the drug detox series of sessions. There are about 14 or 15 practitioners now across Europe, and in Tasmania, and across the world. There is a need for this and I want to delve a little bit deeper.

Asse, tell me how, you’re from that logical mindset, computers, science, all that kind of stuff. How have you found this session? What has it given you?

[Asse Sauga] I have been always the guy who wants to understand and go deeper. I was open to receive and to offer the series as well, but as a receiver, I can say that in the first three days of undergoing subconscious processes, I didn’t understand what they were and what changed but I knew that something was going on ‘under the hood’. The big change after the first day was that it was really easy to meditate. My mind was really clear and I was able to meditate open eyes while walking. When the fourth day came, we went through the whole second part of the protocol and there was one part where I got so high during the process that I believe any drugs or alcohol can’t get us this high, and that might just be the thing where a client doesn’t want to do any other thing after that. After the experience, I felt that some puzzle pieces slotted into place and suddenly I was complete again or something was completed in a way; I felt really fulfilled and different. It was a really deep and mind-blowing experience altogether over the four days and I’m really grateful for that experience and to offer to others as well to help others.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] I think what you just picked up on is that we don’t know a lot until we go through these processes! If we knew what the issues were and challenges were or where the root cause was, we would have done it already. Nobody wants to suffer unnecessarily, and then we go through these processes and you can feel it shifting. What I love about this modality is it’s not a process through the mind. It’s not counseling, it’s not rehashing things or trying to navigate through that. It goes to the root cause. You get to that state of joy and that state of being that we can all reach all of the time if we are in alignment with the will of God, to ourselves, to the Universe. That is a key point—that we can achieve that state of very high vibration and being.

So we’re talking about attachments. Who is this good for? Is it good for everybody or only some people? Give us some insights there.

[Kasia Mikolajczyk] This session is for everyone: drugs are everything that takes us away from seeing our true self, seeing true reality, and what is holding us back from truly expressing joy in life as well as expressing ourselves. I’m sure everyone or at least many people out there can connect to maybe reliving the same lessons in life—maybe attachment to a belief, maybe attachment to unhealthy ways—and they just keep repeating this and suffer. This modality is not only for drugs or alcohol. It’s all those things that take us away from our divine essence, all those ways that take us away from our true essence. When we receive this session, it really cleanses us at the root as you pointed out. It really brings us back to that light within us so we can see for ourselves, really see what was holding us back, let go of it, and embrace the next new level of our true expression—where joy can be found, where fulfillment can be found. So if anyone is watching, if you’ve ever recognized within yourself that you’re repeating certain patterns in your life or certain lessons—either with your health, your relationships, your mental or emotional body—this is an amazing session for healing physical trauma, emotional trauma, soul and spirit trauma. It’s so comprehensive that it really can lead us back to this homeostasis state where we can return to our true essence. It’s like starting a new life from a new level.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown]  It’s really important to know—even though the title says “drug detox session,” actually what we’re talking about is attachments and addictions. Let’s face it, we’ve all had something. We can kind of sit on our high horses sometimes and say, “I’m not dependent on alcohol, I’m not dependent on drugs,” but there’s still these unhealthy patterns through attachments. It could be something as simple as Starbucks. If it becomes something I cannot survive without or it throws my day off if I don’t get it—that’s an issue. I’m just picking something silly to help people understand that this is going to ease that and bring that peace in so we can stay in that balanced emotional state, no matter what life throws at us. The Life Activation and Initiation does this work as well. However, these sessions are going to be that laser point we can start working with. Attending Empower Thyself, we’re going to have the rituals, teachings, and initiation to support us through this process. Walking the path is a tremendous thing.

[Julia Tiffin] I’ve worked with a lot of people in recovery in my spiritual guide practice. I know the language of the 12-step program and various recovery programs—and they are amazing. One of the things about the rigorous honesty in 12-step programs is that you kind of get to a point where you always have to be aware of the fact that, “I am a sex addict,” “I am an alcoholic,” or “I am an addict in recovery.” You identify with it and have to remind yourself all the time. In the Mystery School teachings, we give you access to discover who you really are. The reason that you need to tell yourself, “I am an alcoholic in recovery,” is because you’re constantly pushing back something that wants to encourage you to use again. This is real for addicts in recovery. Addicts have to be constantly rigorous about their thinking—what they call “dirty thinking.” Is this going to trigger me? What if that energy, that attraction, is snipped? What if that whole “pull” just goes away? The amount of mental energy people use to hold themselves back is immense. I’ve worked a 12-step program for codependency, and I can say the level of freedom I feel after going through this program is incredible. It’s like something that was in me is not anymore—it’s just gone. This program is powerful for anyone who has done good work in recovery and wants to go to the next level. Also, for people who are really struggling with addictions, this can give them a leg up to make the choice to stop. Practitioners will look at this case-by-case. This program is amazing for people with attachments who are ready to cauterize the pull toward things that are no longer good for them.

[Dr. Ipsissima Kate Bartram-Brown] Good point you brought up there. It’s really important to get a consultation with one of the experts. What we’re doing is on a spiritual level, so each case will be different depending on what someone is going through and what support they need. This could be for sugar, attachment to technology, or anything taking us away from our purpose and divine alignment. Thank you for your sharing and your own experiences. This is something that really needs to be tried and experienced—because everybody is different. I look forward to welcoming more people to the show who have gone through this series. Thank you so much for joining us.

In the UK and EU, we have practitioners all over. If you’re watching this from elsewhere, feel free to contact me—I’ll connect you to a practitioner near you.

It’s a powerful thing to do for your progression. I’m so glad we have more and more practitioners offering this.

Thank you so much everyone for joining and sharing your wisdom.
