What is Empower Thyself?
The Empower Thyself Class & Initiation includes 2 days of sacred training that ends with the ancient Adept Initiation into the Brotherhood & Sisterhood of Light.
‘The word Initiation comes from two Latin words, in, into; and ire, to go; therefore, the making of a beginning, or the entrance into something.’
Initiation is a sacred process, one that was forgotten over time as pragmatism (amongst other things) took over the world. This ceremony allows you to shift from one state of operating into another where you are entering a new paradigm of possibilities and making a new start in your life. The path of sacred initiation was preserved in the ancient Mystery Schools for the time when we were finally to ready to reach back into the past and re-call this ancient way. Initiation has now openly become available just at the point where we need to create significant positive change in these unprecedented times of upheaval and metamorphosis.
The above quote from Alice Bailey’s Initiation Human and Solar, goes on to clarify specifically what the Adept Initiation from Empower Thyself does for you. This Initiation you receive puts you on a PATH that leads you to the TRANSCENDENCE of previous states of being and operating.
‘It posits, in its widest sense, in the case we are studying, an entrance into the spiritual life, or into a fresh stage in that life. It is the first step, and the succeeding steps, upon the Path of Holiness. Literally, therefore, a man who has taken the first initiation is one who has taken the first step into the spiritual kingdom, having passed out of the definitely human kingdom into the superhuman.’
This quote talks about becoming ‘superhuman’ through, wait what, a ‘Path of Holiness’ and ‘the spiritual life’? Yes! Here is a callout to all the manifestors out there, as well as to those who are yet to find their niche in life: no human being will ever be completely fulfilled without the spiritual life or utilising spiritual energies! The metaphysical truth is, we are a spiritual being having a physical experience. You can therefore only truely thrive once you embrace, embody and utilise the greatest part of yourself – your spiritual essence! Your body is a tiny physical, temporary vehicle inside of an infinite spiritual vessel, so once you embrace the unseen aspects of yourself, and step onto a spiritual path of transformation, it will yield more results than the pragmatic, tested tools of success we already know.
The physical initiation of Adept unplugs you from the human matrix. Wait what, now you’re talking about – the matrix? Yes, think of an energetic structure of energy going up 7000ft from sea level that holds the entirely of human thinking within it. This structure flows against the Will of God and the Will of Nature and the Universe which always flows towards that which is Good and gets expressed through Beauty. Humans may have the potential for greatness and have all the DNA encoded for this, but by remaining plugged into this matrix, humans always seem to get pulled back to pain, suffering and drama!
This pivotal, game changing initiation of Adept, unplugs you from the matrix and you are able to leapfrog to new levels without having to constantly swim upstream, fighting the tide of the matrix. Together with this, you will be holding 10x more light. This becomes a game changer in shifting you to positive action, positive states of being and increased positive impact/influence on the world around you. You will have 4 entirely new Guides that are your next level coaches to reach up to levels you have not gone to before, together with beings of light (Masters of Light, Angels, Archangels and more) that are eagerly waiting to support you to unlock your areas of brilliance. For those who have suffered with levels of negativity and struggled to overcome this, the initiation seals you in a level of protection, containing your light in your structure. All of us can do with better defenses against negative influences around us and this initiation increases your buffer to the negativity in the world! With this, you are empowered to shift to positive thinking and anchor this new thinking into your brain.

Words do however fail us to describe this process, as the only way to know this is to experience the training and Initiation, to embrace the tools you receive in this 2-day program and to anchor in this new state of being in the months and years that follow.

Every time I teach empower thyself I learn something new. The light of this class and material goes very deep and as I teach it there is a lot that gets illuminated for me personally also. My main motivation to teach though is to see the transformation of the students. On day 2 already I can see how the light they are receiving is shifting them. It’s visible in the faces to me and in their aura, so it’s exciting. The real work starts after the class though as during the integration period that follows a lot gets illuminated in the life of the new initiates and they get an opportunity to take that light and make changes! That’s an individual choice that we all can make on a daily basis but initiation really supports and accelerates that process in my experience.

Every time I teach, I also receive.
Leading my last 1-on-1 Empower Thyself as a Junior Guide was a profound experience. In a world that constantly pushes for bigger, louder, and more, I was reminded that true power lies in the depth of the moment, not in the size of the audience.
We often seek validation in grand stadiums or crowds, hoping they will fill something within us. But if we cannot find fulfillment in the sacred presence of another God or Goddess standing right before us—if we cannot meet on a heart level—no stadium will ever satisfy that longing. The real stage is the one within, where consciousness expands, and KNOW THYSELF becomes more than words.
And yet, what humbles me the most is that every initiation is a mirror—a reflection and unification into a higher truth. As much as I guide, I am also guided. As the initiate steps into their own divine remembrance, the Holy Order of Light gifts me with insights beyond what I expect, revealing deeper layers of healing and transformation for both of us. It is never just one person receiving—initiation is a sacred exchange, a dance of awakening between two souls.
This is why I can only encourage everyone to step onto this path and become a Guide themselves. Teaching is not about giving from what you know; it is about opening yourself to receive what is greater than you imagined.

This weekend we explored the ancient mystery teachings and anchored powerful metaphysical keys into the physical, all while having fun!
