Stress often builds in the body long before we consciously notice it.

In this session we focus on the physical and emotional impact of stress and begin learning how to respond more consciously.

Through guided reflection and three practical techniques, you’ll explore how stress is stored physically and emotionally, how emotional pressure builds, and how to create more space and regulation.

In this session you will learn:
