Which comes first, Healers or RM, does it matter ?

Which should I do first , Kabbalah or Healers ? What do I achieve by doing one before the other?

When does RM1 take place ? When does RM2 take place? Do I need to be certified ? What happens if I didnt attend Professional Integration Day (PID) last year can I still attend higher level teachings ?

How often for Kabbalah come around ?
