What Is Astral Travel?

Astral Travel is the trained ability to expand your awareness beyond the limits of ordinary physical perception.

This isn’t your Spirit “leaving your body.” It’s expanding your awareness to connect to what lies beyond your body. 

Because your awareness isn’t confined to your physical body and senses, you can Astral Travel easily with the proper training. You may already experience subtle shifts in consciousness when extremely relaxed, or at night through dreams and intuitive sparks. This is your opportunity to do that deliberately. Astral Travel teaches you to learn to move into expanded awareness and visit places for healing, clarity, direction, and greater knowledge.

This is a structured spiritual skill, taught within the lineage held by the Modern Mystery School. It’s simple. It’s practical. And it’s grounded. 

We aren’t escaping reality, we are learning to be aware of more.

Astral Travel is a combination of immersive classroom teaching and actual Astral Travel. 

Together, we will explore:

• A precise step-by-step awareness expansion technique
• Guided practice within a contained environment
• Grounding and integration

Some students experience expanded awareness clearly during class. Others build the skill steadily with repetition. Either way, you leave with a map and a framework you can continue to develop

How is this Astral Travel Class Different? 

There is a lot of misinformation spread about Astral Travel. 

My role as your teacher is to ensure sovereignty, safety, and successful Astral Travel in this class. 

As such, you will learn:

• How to stay oriented and in control
• How to enter and exit intentionally
• How to remain grounded in your body and life
