SUMMARY:Stress Management Class - Grace Hui
DESCRIPTION:Held at INCENTRE London’s Marylebone centre in central London\, the course consists of five sessions\, each lasting between 90 and 120 minutes. Participants are encouraged to complete the full programme to gain the greatest benefit\, although each session may also be attended individually. \nDrawing on Hermetic philosophy—a tradition that encourages self-knowledge\, personal responsibility and an understanding of the interconnectedness of life—the course is rooted in the Mystery School tradition and incorporates the teachings of Ipsissimus Dave Lanyon\, Lineage Holder of the Modern Mystery School. An internationally recognised teacher of Hermetic philosophy and bestselling author\, Dave Lanyon has spent decades teaching the practical application of ancient wisdom traditions through seminars\, training programmes and published works around the world. Participants will explore Hermetic principles including Mentalism\, Correspondence\, Rhythm and Cause and Effect\, discovering how these concepts can influence the way they interpret experiences\, respond to challenges and cultivate greater inner resilience. \nAlongside these philosophical frameworks\, participants will explore practical wellness techniques intended to promote calm\, encourage emotional awareness and support resilience in everyday life.
